Booking is for 20 minute increments and will lock in a scheduled one-on-one time to get help with your project needs. This is a great way to have professional build help in a convenient process.
NOTE If you are unable to make your scheduled time, please reach out to us to reschedule. Cancellations 1 week+ in advance are eligible for a full refund. Less than 1 week and up to 24hrs up to in advance are eligible for a partial refund (50%). No refunds will be issued for cancelations day of or for no shows.
We strive to maintain a responsive shipping window on all orders. Typically, all purchases can be shipped within 7-10 business days, as long as we have all order information as needed.
There are some occasions, such as custom tuning or harness modifications, that will add to that turn around time.
